Systemic Immune-Inflammation Index Calculator

Track changes in your systemic immune-inflammation status over time with a simple, private tool built from three values on a standard blood test.

What it measures

What is the Systemic Immune-Inflammation Index?

The SII is a biomarker drawn from three values on a standard Complete Blood Count (CBC). Together they give a simple snapshot of the balance between your body’s inflammatory and immune-regulating activity — a useful number to track over time alongside how you feel.

The formula

SII = (Platelets × Neutrophils) ÷ Lymphocytes

All three values are taken from the same CBC test, measured in ×10ⁿ/L (or K/µL).

Before you start

How to use this calculator

1

Get a Complete Blood Count (CBC) from your healthcare provider or lab.

2

Find your platelet, neutrophil and lymphocyte values on the report.

3

Enter each value below using the ×10ⁿ/L (or K/µL) figures.

4

Select Calculate to see your SII and an educational interpretation.

Your CBC values

Calculate your SII

Enter the three values from your most recent CBC. Nothing is stored or sent — the calculation happens entirely in your browser.

Reference ranges

Understanding your result

Optimal
SII < 500

Typically reflects low systemic inflammation and well-balanced immune function.

Moderate
SII 500–1000

May reflect mild or early inflammatory activity. A good prompt to review lifestyle factors and monitor the trend.

Elevated
SII > 1000

May reflect greater immune activation. Best discussed with your healthcare provider in context.

Everyday foundations

Supporting a balanced immune response

Anti-inflammatory eating

Lean into omega-3-rich foods, colourful vegetables, fruit and whole grains; ease off ultra-processed foods and added sugar.

Regular movement

Moderate, consistent physical activity helps regulate immune function and supports a healthy inflammatory balance.

Quality sleep

Aim for 7–9 hours of restful sleep to support recovery and day-to-day immune regulation.

Stress management

Practices like breathwork, meditation or yoga can help support a calmer inflammatory response.

Targeted nutrients

Some people choose supplements such as Re:juvenate Pro, vitamin D and omega-3s to support immune balance. Talk to your practitioner about what suits you.

Fewer toxins

Limiting smoking, excess alcohol and environmental toxins helps reduce unnecessary inflammatory load.
